Brandice Daniel is the CEO and Founder of Harlem’s Fashion Row (HFR). HFR was founded in 2007 with the main focus being to provide a platform for multicultural fashion designer collections. Since 2007 HFR has grown in becoming the multicultural equivalent to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Brandice has presented the collections of over 35 multicultural designers. She has been featured in NY Mag, Adweek, Paper Magazine, New York Times, NBC NY,,, New York Post, BET, and Black Enterprise for her efforts of increasing diversity in fashion.

Through Brandice’s diligent work efforts HFR has had many successful brand partnerships. These partnerships have included Prudential, Target, Pandora Jewelry, McCafe, Marriott International, Smartwater, Coca Cola, Dark & Lovely, Iman Cosmetics, and Shea Moisture. While building HFR from a simple idea into a full-fledged business, Brandice had to jump several cliffs and learned many rewarding lessons about the fulfillment that comes from walking into the unknown. She is committed to sharing these lessons and providing others with the tools they need to take great business risks or “cliff jumps” through one on one coaching and classes.

Brandice has spoken on many panels on entrepreneurship and purpose-driven living for companies/organizations such as Prudential, Morgan Stanley, Verizon, ESSENCE Festival, The Coca-Cola Company, Adcolor, Fashion Institute of Technology, and has conducted workshops for the Harlem Business Alliance. Her articles on entrepreneurship have been featured in Huffington Post and she has also had the fortunate opportunity to interview personalities such as June Ambrose, Beverly Johnson, Stephen Burrows, and Harriette Cole on the “HFR Conversations” platform, where she presents to an audience of the fashion industry’s greatest icons and tastemakers; discussing opportunities and personal experiences in the fashion world.

Brandice also serves as executive producer and co-host of The Great Girlfriends Show a podcast conversation series created to connect women with daily tips and solutions for living a passionate everyday life and building thriving business.
